Edible Landscape Update
This is a corner of my yard. I’m trying to make the whole yard, front and back, into an edible landscape. In our garden we’re growing artichokes, kale, heirloom tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries, various lettuces, fennel, cucumbers, squash, chard, celery, beans, cilantro, parsley, tarragon, basil, bok choy, peppers, various edible flowers, eggplant, and peas. I love Samosas! We used to get these on Devon Ave when I lived in Chicago. We’d go to Devon to buy cotton Sari fabric to make beautiful cottony summer fashions. You get hungry the minute you walk onto the street. All the aromas from the various restaurants are so heavenly! We’d shop for fabric, then we’d go to one of the Indian take out places and feast on these. The coconut...
