Whole Roast Chicken
1 fresh organic chicken
3 cloves garlic
juice from 1 lemon
2 tblsp olive oil
assorted fresh herbs
( I used sage, rosemary, basil and tarragon)(dry herbs will work OK too)
salt and pepper
preheat oven to 400
wash the chicken and pat dry. place the chicken on a rack in a roasting pan

Jewsian Fusion Noodle Soup
What I set out to make was good old fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, like you get at a deli in NYC. But I didn’t have any egg noodles. However, I did have some Sai Fun bean thread noodles, and I had fresh ginger, thai basil, a brand new jar of red chili paste and a new shaker of sesame oil. Yum! Jewsian Fusion soup it is!

Crunchy Ginger Tofu
I made this last night as an experiment. We’ve been trying to cook more vegetarian stuff. I know fried food isn’t the best thing for you, but fried tofu? How bad can that be?
Anywho, Vegetarian shmegetarian….It came out so crunchy and light! We didn’t take photos cause it was too dark. I’ll try to make more again this weekend and add the photo.
