Whole Roast Chicken

Jewsian Fusion Noodle Soup
What I set out to make was good old fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup, like you get at a deli in NYC. But I didn’t have any egg noodles. Crunchy Ginger Tofu
I made this last night as an experiment. We’ve been trying to cook more vegetarian stuff. I know fried food isn’t the best thing for you, but fried tofu?
